Mission & Vision
Vision: Empower leaders in diverse roles to support colleagues with growing and sustaining an environment with high-quality experiences where all students understand the power of mathematics in their lives
Mission: This group will support the goals of KATM by focusing on the lens of leadership in math education. Leadership occurs throughout a variety of roles (teacher, mentor, department chair, team leader, coach, administrator, etc.) and each plays a vital role in strengthening the collective efficacy within and amongst colleagues.
